Applications that execute PowerShell scripts crash randomly in Windows 7 or Windows Server 2008 R2 .

When you run some applications that execute Windows PowerShell scripts on a computer that is running Windows 7 or Windows Server 2008 R2, the applications randomly crash.

This issue occurs because of a race condition in the Wsmsvc.dll file.
